I paid for my web hosting via Plimus in Jan. 2007 an amount of US$49 with my credit card. In Jan. 2008 they automatically (which they are not authorized to do so) re-billed my credit card! The mess is that they tried to charge my CC with US$443!!! They didn’t apologize and they said simply “do you want to cancel your subscription?”. It’s a rip-off company.

Stay away from Plimus and Regnow and swreg.
Plimus steals money from your account without even notifying you. There is always some technical problems which shows your balance less then it actually is and most importantly gives refunds like candy. You better have a money back guarantee because they will refund it anyways. They even send buyers instructions on how to get refunds easily.
Regnow and swreg scares away customers with extendended download warrant and some useless coupons.
Paypal with IPN (Instant Payment Norification) is the one with lowest commissions, not listed here. But their registration form is not appealing to the customer like Plimus. But atleast you have a chance to stop a refund and even revese a chargeback, if you are right. Plimus sucks big time in that area too.
