eSellerate Releases Embedded Web Store For REALbasic

eSellerate announces the immediate availability of the next-generation in-application technology, the Embedded Web Store (EWS) as eSellerate’s Universal (universal binary) sales solution for REALbasic applications.
As the pioneer of in-application sales solutions, these tools become an industry standard that provides the most powerful and flexible way to sell your products as well as establish a continuous lifecycle with your customers.
The Embedded Web Store empowers the developer to add all of the features of eSellerate’s Custom Web Store right into your applications. A simple call from within the software launches a familiar web-based interface taking your customers through an online sales process that is more recognizable to them. Upon completion of the purchase, serial number information can then be passed directly back into the application, automatically making it a fully registered product.

EWS for REALbasic is designed for use with REALbasic applications that are built as universal binary. This solution supports Macintosh builds only. eSellerate has no immediate plans to extend EWS support to Windows applications that are built with REALbasic.
Developers who have used the legacy eSellerate SDK for REALbasic to integrate their applications with eSellerate can refer to the document “EWS_for_REALbasic_Reference.pdf” for help with transitioning those applications over to EWS for REALbasic. The reference document is included with the SDK noted below.
Available for download at www.esellerate.net/downloads, the EWS SDK for REALbasic also contains technical documentation, a demo application (GeckoSoft) and code samples to help you get started.
