eSellerate Phone/Fax Order Numbers Changing May 1

The numbers for placing phone or fax orders through eSellerate will change beginning Tuesday, May 1. If you use eSellerate and display these numbers anywhere on your web site, you will need to update them prior to May 1. Otherwise, no action is required on your part, as eSellerate will be updating the web pages that display when your customers choose the phone or fax order options.

The new order numbers are:

• Phone orders: 952-908-4090 (United States) or +1 952-908-4090 (International)
• Fax orders: 952-908-4092 (United States) or +1 952-908-4092 (International)

For a few weeks following the changeover, the old phone order line will provide a message that instructs callers to use the new number.

If you’re not yet using eSellerate’s phone/fax service, you may want to consider it for the benefit of your customers who prefer alternatives to purchasing online. For $20 per month, eSellerate can process phone and fax orders for the products offered in your eSellerate web store(s). Implementation is as simple as setting one option in the eSellerate Sales Manager and displaying phone and fax order links for your products on your company web site.
