New Version of General Terms and Conditions for the ShareIt Affiliate Program

ShareIt’s new “General Terms and Conditions for the Affiliate Program” will enter into force on October 25, 2006. From this date on, these terms and conditions will regulate the contractual relationship between Digital River GmbH, their Software Publishers and Affiliates who utilize this service.
Due to the change of ShareIt’s business model from a Service Provider Model to a Reseller Model in May 2006, the General Terms and Conditions were slightly modified to reflect the new business model.
The current General Terms and Conditions displayed in the Control Panel at https://cp.shareit.com/shareit/cp/login/ will be valid until October 24, 2006. Please click Manage partners > Affiliate Management > Premium > General Terms and Conditions.
In view of the changes to the General Terms and Conditions, and in case you do not wish to continue to use ShareIt Affiliate Program under these new contractual conditions, you have the right of extraordinary termination of participation in the Affiliate Program within 14 days of the announcement of changed participation terms. Termination notices should be sent by e-mail to authors@shareit.com. In order to continue the relationship with ShareIt, you do not have to do anything. The new General Terms and Conditions will then automatically become a part of the existing contractual relationship.
