Starting January 11, 2007 at a price of USD/EUR* 1.00 + 4,9% of the transaction price your participation in oneCommunity will open to you many new ways to continue to market your products with share-it! via the Internet: oneNetwork, Windows Marketplace or the share-it! Reseller Management.
There will be no changes for your existing share-it! account. If you would like to benefit from the new service incl. the new contract conditions, please send an e-mail with your share-it! Publisher ID to onecommunity@shareit.com

Beware of making this change, because you can’t change back.
Disadvantages of the new pricing model include the fact that it add an Extended Download to the customer’s order on an opt-out basis. This costs you $5.59 and provide you with no benefit — if you pass the cost along to your customer, you increase the chance that they will abandon the order because the price was higher than expected.
I’ve been happy with Share-It until now, but I can no longer recommend them.
