Today SWREG released several items:
- Implemented some adjustments to SWREG’s fraud system to continue the progress in lowering your chargeback rates. Please be aware it can take 30-60 days to see the results due to the chargeback delay timeframe. SWREG will continue to tweak the system to maximize the performance of the system.
- For Advanced Users, the callback and vt parameter functionality to prevent duplicate orders has been fixed. The new information and examples are located at https://usd.swreg.org/services_setup_advanced.htm under “Additional Information.”
- Some users were receiving duplicate chargeback emails, and it was fixed.
- Orders that were declined by SWREG’s fraud department are now appearing in the correct failed order report. In a couple weeks SWREG will be releasing the option for you to receive an email notification for all pending and failed orders. It will allow you to better service your customers.
- SWREG made a small change to the product catalog feature. If you decide to make changes to your catalog you will need to download a new version.
