New Features of SWREG

SWREG has just released a new improved subscription system. It is more robust efficient system. Please reference the help doc: https://usd.swreg.org/services_setup_recurtrans.htm.

SWREG also changed how test orders are processed by request. They now follow the exact same path of a live order. All test order numbers will contain a “T” at the beginning of the order number and you must pass a TestOrder=1 variable in the URL string.

Example: https://usd.swreg.org/cgi-bin/s.cgi?s=43387&p=433871&v=0&d=0&q=1&t=TestOrder=1&t=

This addition allows you to test the entire process from your site to order completion. The system verifies you have logged into your SWREG store via a cookie and that the browser is still open on your system allowing you to test.

    Finally i have received my money back! Right on chrismass. But this has taken a half year though, it’s very strange.

    I am trying very hard to contact Swreg. Their support link to send them complaints does not work. I am trying to cancel orders no. U29978177 and orders no. U30486962. The merchant support is not responding either. The swreg contact information does not complete the request. I need help because monthly the merchant keeps signing when I have already cancelled this order since November 2008. Thanks.

    Bad exerience from first order already. Here are data from My SWREG account for this order (amount in EURO)
    Net Total: 484.70
    Swreg Commission: (40.05)
    Overall Net Margin Total: 444.65
    Net Margin: 91.74%

    I have had problem with buyer who wrote that his PayPal account was credited at USDS 630.

    Great SWREG comission in a resutl!!

    When I have tried widraw this amount, I was answered that my account is under verifying. And no answer to following emails.

    So result of my first exerience with SWREG.

    Vast fees + long delay of money withdrawal

    Hi Everyone! I just wanted to let everyone know that SWREG understands, cares and is very concerned about your complaints. I have been working with SWREG closely and we are making great efforts to resolve the issue. SWREG has just recently launched a customer service page (http://cs.swreg.org/) and a FAQ page (http://faq.swreg.org/) that will answer any questions and concerns that you may have. In addition, they also have a 24 hour customer service center for a very quick response which could be found here http://usd.swreg.org/contact.htm.

    In the same boat as many of you guys, bought PC- Doctor which is a cr@p piece of software ** DO NOT BUY ** it promises the world, but does not deliver..

    Tried in everyway to contact the original vendor and SWREG and they cheekly let you fill in all the on line forms for a refund then the systems hangs on a enter your SWREG mail box login….you never get any further, they must be laughing their tits off on the 30 days refund gig.

    SWREG customer service page, it sucks.

    Will try to refund though my credit card.

    STAY AWAY FROM SWREG —- They are WWW thieves—– .

    I ve paid to get the unlocking software and its extension, and have already sent 6 emails to them hopeless to get my money back, they never even replay, they just let you down like thieves, the money back guarantee is total bullshit, it doesnt exist

    I bought PIXEL AD SCRIPT from SWREG as well as the installation service - I have waited over a week and the Script has not been uploaded to my site??? I have sent 4 emails over the past 3 days trying to contact support - no response. All telephone numbers are fake including the one they have registered with Paypal! They are supposed to upload the script to my site within 2 days max - been a week! Also supposed to reply to complaints, issues and problems with 24 hrs - been 3 days NO REPLY! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE THESE GUYS ARE CON ARTISTS!!!!

    PS - John from SWREG - If SWREG really cares perhaps you can help me then? If not I suspect that you guys might be going around and putting up these posts defending yourselves against these many many many claims from “users”, inverted commas as not many people actually get the product let alone use it. I have seen similar defence from SWREG staff on many threads like this. HMMM?

    Hi, I also purchased software via SWReg on November 19th. I have STILL not received a download link and key. I have made 3 complaints already via their web site and e-mail and haven’t even gotten an automated reply. This is ridiculous customer service. It is now a month later, and what is the use of purchasing software that I can’t get and use right away?

    purchased a financial document through swreg by using my credit card. they took the money twice out of my account which was about £750+1st they refused to accept their mistake but afterwards they said that they have refunded my money but i dint get my money. i conntected my bank but they said i need to speak to retailer which i did i send several emails but no response now i am going to take this fruad comapny to trade standards and hopefully try to bann them in uk. i would suggest everyone to be very careful of this fruadulant SWreg

    they totally ripped me off i asked for my money bak in 1 hr when i realized they cant and want help tried and tried im not giving up now they want responde and may end up in fed pen man u guys best straighten this out or karma s going to bite down hard return my money i will be complaining all over i cant believe u havent alreaDY SHUT DOWN AND RAN TO MEXICO
